I can see the low rated reviews are mostly folks who have long complicated orders who didn't properly prepare for a successful order of that capacity, Ive been coming to this Starbucks for almost 4 years and every time is welcoming and smooth. I was almost gone for 4 months because my vehicle was wrecked and when I returned Jennifer, Jess, Scott, Danette, and Zhai all welcomed me back and all new my typical go to order as if I never was gone for 4 months. Ladies and gentlemen...
This place is a Grab and go style. Speed is OK. They don't call their customers names. Maybe they need to add a display that tells or shows the numbers or customer names. Otherwise, customers don't know whether their product is ready or not.
