Although I don't often write reviews, I felt it was appropriate to note the service I received. First off, I want to add that of all the Waipahu Subway shops, this one makes by far the nicest sandwiches. The ingredients are proportioned perfectly, and the sandwiches are toasted well. For individuals who would prefer to have a lunch break alone, there are single tables lined up along the windows. Although there is room for improvement for the ambiance, the display behind the counter complies with health regulations, and so I assume.However, the middle-aged to elderly (not sure) woman that works there has a really unpleasant attitude, which is quite unwelcoming to customers. Even when you are kind to her, she will still unprovokingly say things that are rude. And it hasn't just happened once; it happens every time I order from this site. And I'm certain that it doesn't just happen to me because I've heard similar things from other customers about this employee.She not only acts this way toward her customers but also toward her staff. I recall two separate instances of a trainee getting humiliated by her for being slow. Don't get me wrong, this job requires working quickly but effectively, especially during rush (lunch) hour. However, these employees are in training to develop those abilities, and as an overseer, she does not encourage her employees.I don't demand a 5-star service, it's a fast food restaurant, but it is not hard to reciprocate the kindness offered to you by others.

Coca-Cola tastes nice \\u0026 fizzy, workers are friendly \\u0026 my Sub Sandwich was toasted perfectly where I was able to taste the crunch of the bread \\u0026 the texture of the melted American cheese along with the Ham, vegetables, Salami and Pepperoni! Free soda refills too! However, for Dine In customers only! Very unique how it’s inside of an Aloha Gas Station, haha!

I really enjoyed my visit at this Subway for a light meal! Coca-Cola tastes nice & fizzy, workers are friendly & my Sub Sandwich was toasted perfectly where I was able to taste the crunch of the bread & the texture of the melted American cheese along with the Ham, vegetables, Salami and Pepperoni!Free soda refills too! However, for Dine In customers only!Very unique how it’s inside of an Aloha Gas Station, haha!

I gave a thumbs down because it it not as good as it was. I would go a lot for late night dinner because it's light and fresh. Tonight I went there because we needed a fast meal and when we went in the usual nana's were not there. They are so cute ans friendly always smiling and laughing. This time it was 2 young girls whe did greet you and was not smiling. The one girl who was making my sandwich did not understand English and kept getting my sandwich wrong. For example she ask if I wanted it toasted I told her no and as soon as I said no she put it in the toaster I had to tell her twice to stop. Than when I told her mayo and mustard she said no mustard. When I got home I took a bite of my sandwich and the mustard and mayo exploded all over my hair and clothes and I hardly had any veggies. I opened my sandwich to check and it looked like she put the whole bottle of mayo and mustard in my sandwich. Unbelievable, I didn't think I had to really watch closely when making a simple sandwich. Worst ever. Please bring back the 2 very nice old ladies, at least they care about doing thier jobs the correct way. So disappointing.

Man, the older Aunty working TONIGHT 09/16/2021 was RUDE as hell!! Not only to me, but my son as well...and also to the guy after me...but what took the cake was when she was snapping at the girl working WITH her. We thanked her and was even saying "yes ma'am" and "yes please" and "no thank you" and she was STILL a "B"!! "Eh Aunty, if you're unhappy...QUIT!!!"

Got a tuna sub. Asked the older lady if she could stir the tuna before putting it on my bread. She used her fingers to stir it around. I just walked out. This is not sanitary when serving food to the public.

Subway is my goto for a sandwich, Today is so dissapointing! I got subway sub with provoline cheese, sweet onion and may sauce and veggies. One of the employee when told what i wanted she usually gets it. The other one a micronesian i get a soo little veggies if im paying the price i should what i want not somw kind of anorexic dry sandwich. Only had a few olives and onions ajd the sauce couldnt even taste it. I also asked for the oli/vinegar sauce nothing and s&p didnt even sprinkle.
I'm not expecting a five star service but the manger working 7/30/2020 was very rude to my brother. The manger making our food was rushing our order and was talking to my brother like he was d**** While my brother was ordering his food she yelled at my brother "saying I can't hear you because of your mask, talk louder" my brother was literally talking loud, that even the customers behind us could hear us. Then as she was doing his vegetables she yelled at my brother again to order his vegetables from left to right. Not right to left. Does the order really matter? I can't believe the employees here talk to customers like that. We weren't even trying to make their job hard.

Went here with my family today for my Brother's birthday. We've come here multiple times but this time was the worst and probably the last.We were the only customers there that moment yet they proceeded to tell us "hurry up! who is next?"I know we are going through a difficult time but seriously have some kindness to your customers.As they took our orders they were harsh with asking us for each ingredient along with telling us where the menu was as if we couldnt read.Please don't make your customers feel little or small.Especially to a full family talking harsh to parents and grandparent in front of their children/grandchildren. We took the time to solely come to your takeout for a special occasion.And left with a belittled feeling we didn't ask for.

1st time trying this subway, mainly because this was the closest to me. Put an online order in, by the time I got there which was after the scheduled time, order wasn't started. Normally I'd give a lower score but to be honest, this place just opened and there was a line of people. 1 worker, he did his best. I waited patiently and enjoyed my fresh made lunch. Will continue going to this establishment. Will improve my score based on the next round.Just be cautious, lots of beggers outside asking for money, this subway is in a gas station store so mix of people. However this gas station itself is very very clean. ?
