I love the drinks here, but the customer service today wasn't all that great. You walk in and the employees just kind of stare at you, probably felt bothered since no one else was in there and they were chatting. When I finished paying, it showed different options to obtain my receipt. I was entering my email when the cashier came back and tapped the screen while I was still entering it.

Tried the Matcha latte, and yes it was bitter I never had a latte this bitter in my life. I wouldn’t recommend you to try this place

they didnt fill this cup all they way.. i ordered a teapresso milk tea with 0% sugar and a mix of lychee jelly with large boba. this was when i just got the drink handed to me. i was shocked! i paid like $8 for this drink, yet it is not even filled up all the way?? i might sound dramatic but like are they that lazy to put all of the milk tea into my cup? dont get me wrong, i love teapresso but this was the first time i didn't get it filled up all the way, and i was just mad cause like what is this?!

First time at this location, was a little hesitant because I wasn't sure how my drinks would come out (I normally venture the central locations) but I left completely satisfied. It's a spacious area, lots of room for people to walk in and out, good amount of tables and chairs. The staff here are so friendly and the drinks came out quick and tasty .. Would definitely go again

We love Thai Milk Teas from teaspresso. Unfortunately at this location the Thai tea was extremely bitter and unsweetened. I brought it to the associates attention and asked if it could be sweetened. They couldn't sweeten the tea so we asked for a refund. I don't recommend this location.

Came in for boba and the workers were really nice! I didn't get to try their gelato though but that dragonfruit sorbet looked kinda fire ngl. Definitely try it out!

She was a bigger than the kind girl.Seems like she was having an off day maybe, she had a poor attitude. My milk tea tasted great it’s just that my drink was about half the cup. I ordered my drink with no ice or boba. I’ve been here many times and ordered the same drink. It’s never been that less.

She wasn't petite like the kind girl, I think her name was Sarah?Seems like she was having an off day maybe, she had a poor attitude. My milk tea didn't look right but it tasted great it's just that my drink was about half the cup. I ordered my drink with no ice or boba. I've been here many times and ordered the same drink. Love their milk teas, only thing this time they forgot my boba. I thought initially maybe the cashier didn't hear me right but I was charged for it and it was written on the cup. By the time I took a drink out of it and noticed there wasn't any boba I didn't wanna put in effort to turn back to get it re-made. Overall, love this place, just a little sad this one time, boba really does make a difference in the drink but it's alright. :)
