Stopped to pick up a sandwich on our road trip. We may have encountered the same female employee others have mentioned. She was on her phone as we entered and greeted her - no answer, just a blank stare. Said hello again and she still didn't answer but came to assist us. Everything was very repetitive and she seemed to have a hard time understanding very simple conversation. We said we wanted lettuce for example. Unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name but the lady that helped us was very friendly and our order was accurate despite her handling several customers by herself. Wish I noted her name.
