This restaurant has terrible customer service. Today, my friend and I arrived for lunch after work, very hungry, and the woman taking our order completely ignored us. We spent 15 minutes waiting for her to look at us, hoping she'd rather be doing something other than serving us. She'd rather be serving other people! What kind of person does that? Someone has no morals, and that woman certainly didn't. I hope she always does well for leaving us hungry today.

Order two fiery chicken sandwiches. Told us it'd be 10 minutes to make them. Waited 15 minutes just for them to give us regular no spicy chicken sandwiches. Of course didn't look till we got home. 3rd time now in the past 2 months they got my order wrong. How hard is it to follow simple instructions?

I can't praise Mark the manager or Martin one of the other employees enough at this BK location. My car broke down in the drive thru this morning. They both went above and beyond to try and help resolve my issue. Tried to get my car moved, Drove me to get a new battery for my key fob, googled options that might give us a resolution. All while it was pouring down rain. And they didn't even charge me for my food. Great guys doing good things at this BK! Thanks again!
