Sheila is the absolute best. She was so kind and efficient and my burger and my meal was absolute delicious. She went above and beyond to make the experience for my husband and I as well as my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and absolute 10! It’s not often you get service like this these days, definitely give this place a visit!

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 15mins just to place an order at 630pm. Drive up to window, paid, got my drinks and they asked me to pull forward and wait. No one was in front of me, only 1 guest inside. Waited another 20 mins to get my food (whopper meal, whopper sandwich, wrap meal and chicken finger meal). Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Honestly I cannot say enough about how astounded I was..... Walking in at 5:00 a.m. from the truck stop across the street to get breakfast, Mindy was in there alone handling six customers orders as well as my two online orders! And she never once flinched or lost her cool, she was like Picasso in the kitchen! There are very few people who are as kind with his good of a work ethic as she has! She needs a raise!

11/8/25 1:15pm Since when do online orders come first before people waiting in a drive through line. Waited 10 min in the drive through and a guy over speaker said he couldn’t would not help or serve us because online orders came first and wanted us to wait longer!

This restaurant has terrible customer service. Today, my friend and I arrived for lunch after work, very hungry, and the woman taking our order completely ignored us. We spent 15 minutes waiting for her to look at us, hoping she'd rather be doing something other than serving us. She'd rather be serving other people! What kind of person does that? Someone has no morals, and that woman certainly didn't. I hope she always does well for leaving us hungry today.

Order two fiery chicken sandwiches. Told us it'd be 10 minutes to make them. Waited 15 minutes just for them to give us regular no spicy chicken sandwiches. Of course didn't look till we got home. 3rd time now in the past 2 months they got my order wrong. How hard is it to follow simple instructions?
