Cinnabon doesn’t uphold their coupons, drove out of our way to use a coupon for a center of the roll and was told they were missing ingredients so they didn’t have one, even they were making everything else, not sure what the special ingredients are. However, they knew the fine print on the coupon real well and told us they don’t have to offer a substitution. I think it would be easier have to the right ingredients than to study the fine print and have to turn people away. Were frequent Pilot shoppers and come in often so it’s a shame. You kinda blew it with us today!
One of the few places in the Des Moines, IA area where you can get Cinnabons.
It's in a truck stop, so there's nothing to complain about the atmosphere. The service was not very communicative, but we got what we wanted.
Note: These cinnamon sticks are huge!

Always a hit!!
Great tasting food
My husband and I were at Cinnabon at the Flying J in Altoona and wanted to pick up a 6 pack of cinnamon rolls which is 17.00. We were told by the staff that we would have to pay 4.59 per roll because they just came out of the oven and were hot. I explained we don't care if they are hot and just want a 6 pack to go. She talked to her manager who said that we would have to pay 30.00 for the 6 pack because they were hot. I don't understand why the cinnamon rolls have to be cold to get the 6 pack price. It makes no sense and seems like a great way to charge customers double what the stated pricing is on the sign they display. There is no mention that the rolls would be twice as much if they are hot. Needless to say we are not happy at all.
Love it
Every breakfast every day should include a cinnabon cinnamon roll just like Grandma used to make
What's the point if it's close. Put a Restaurant that will be Open for TRUCKERS AT ALL TIMES.
Great pastries

While the cinnamon rolls themselves are fire, they never seem to have any - always running out. Yet there's a way around that - MAKE MORE!
Would have preferred they were made when ordered, instead of having to take them home and re-heat
Never open and never any cinnamon rolls ?
Best cinnamon rolls EVER...Almost AS GOOD AS MY grandma's homemade one growing up
