I was very fortunate to encounter Audra and Rissa tonight! They went above and beyond to deliver a delicious pineapple blueberry smoothie. They also sang to my friend for his birthday ❤️ Audra treated my friend to a happy birthday ice cream out of her own pocket 🥹 Genuinely some of the nicest folks I've had the pleasure of meeting. This was my first time to a Cold Stone Creamery and I'll definitely be back!

Lady at the window was extremely rude we asked if we could have an extra little cup for my toddler (we bought big ice creams to share with her) she said no I have to charge for that, we wouldn’t of have minded paying but she just shut the window on us and walked away 🤨 not to mention my waffle cone was stale last time going there and we had been customers for years.

Staff was attentive and helpful in deciding what to order. Ceiling vent very dirty, disgusting. Outdoor garbage container dirty. Place needs some deep cleaning.

Ice cream was good but the waffle cone was stale and yucky. Staff was friendly and service was fast.

The manger at this establishment was extremely unprofessional and rude. She started our order by putting us on hold for 10 minutes, then followed with calling the previous customer a “bastard”. As if that wasn’t enough she got mad when we drove off when we found out they were only taking cash and bills under $20, she leaned out the window to yell at me.

This place locked the front door 15 minutes before they closed the inside so the drive through was opened till 9:00 and it’s 8:18 pm so we sit in the drive through for 40 minutes and the person at the speaker was rude and told me to hurry up and order so I ordered and sat at the window for another 10 minutes and no one showed up so we had enough of the waste of time and the rudeness so we left. If I could give this place 0 stars I would instead of the one I had to select to write this comment

They don’t sell ice cream here they only sell ice cream flavored liquid because by the time they serve ice cream to you it is the consistency of milk. Turn left and go to Culverts instead.

We got here at 8:45 they stopped taking orders it’s second time we drove all the way from Colfax

Really tired of them not going by their posted hours. Showed up just after 8:30pm on a Friday. The hours state the lobby should be open until 9:30. There were multiple staff members inside but the door locked and open sign turned off.

Made an online order Jan 16, 2025 and Jan 23, 2025. Both orders placed thru Grub Hub and they were both same exact order. For both these orders we were shorted 1 item. So almost $18 paid without receiving what we ordered.

Went to Altoona Cold Stone to go through the drive thru. There were signs taped to the sign that they are not accepting drive thru orders. Signs were not very legible. The whole reason for the drive thru is to not have to go in. Disappointed. If the drive thru is down, it should be listed somewhere.

we ordered 7 ice creams on line we went in to find out they were missing 1 ice cream and 5 waffle cones. We went back in so they could make the other ice cream and get the cones but everyone was extremely rude. there was a girl cleaning a table then told my cousin to “take a breath” after asking for a bag since 5 cones where handed to her with no wrapping. everyone was extremely rude there was an option to write names on the lids when we ordered online but none were labeled would not go to this location again

Worst place I've ever been customer service is horrible they gave me my Ice cream melted I had to trash it in the parking lot. It was leaking out of the bowl. My husband ordered a cone then they told him they didn't have it, asked him if he wanted a plain bowl then said we don't have that either. Had to run my card 4 times then got mad at me bacuse their machine doesn't work. Careless rude disgusting employees. Never again.
