I went here the other day and my gosh their staff is amazing! I had this sweet young girl take my order and you would’ve thought she’d have years of experience in customer service! I asked how long she had worked there and she said a little over a month. However they are training those kids they are doing amazing!
Lunched here this afternoon with former coworkers and we hadn't all been together for 26 years. It was a 3 1/2 hour lunch! A young woman working front counter took a picture for us. Manager Martin' came out to talk with us and then treated us to their delicious custard! Good food.. Good service.. Good Iowa nice 😊 people!
We just hit up the Altoona Iowa drive-thru and this wonderful lady with beautiful white hair (I think her name was Joy/Joye?) brought us our food. She was prompt and bubbly and brightened our day.
