Nolan with Fireside Grille is an excellent individual to provide a catering service. He provided a wedding email for 250 people, including a gluten-free meal. Many compliments were provided back to us with great taste and quality. I have already recommended his service to others I know in need of catering, and I will continue to do so in the future. Nolan at Fireside was excellent to work with on our catering rehearsal dinner for daughter’s wedding. Wing bar was a huge hit, food was fresh, hot, and arranged in a great set up.
