Went through the drive through at lunchtime. Took 15 minutes to get to the ordering kiosk, there were only two people ahead of me, and another 10 minutes to get our order! The lady taking my order was rude, I got the taco party pack, I mistakenly called it the “taco twelve pack” (my bad). She said “you mean the party pack?! Which one?!” So rude.When we finally started eating the tacos were all watery, and the crunchy tacos were all broken! The menu board was all run down and shabby looking. AND they were sold out of the new crunchy chicken tacos, which doesn’t make any sense, cause it’s also a KFC!!! Never going there again.

This is by far the slowest Tacobell/Kfc I have ever been to. I have been here 5 times and EVERY time I’m sitting for almost 20 minutes. I have never gotten an order made correct.

I been wanted KFC for long time so I beg my husband to stop by today and I was very disappointed with the food and service my chicken wings were only you can tell by the color and Mac and cheese were old too will never stop by again very disappointed

3rd time trying this KFC. Very dysfunctional. My order was simple. Took forever. Restaurant dirty. Food was okay, as I'm not really a picky person. I miss the KFCs from my younger days that were well run with better service.

Me and the wife went to KFC thru the drive thru was there about 30 minutes no one was in front of us. Waiting for a hour to get are food. Then when we got home the food was cold. Will never go back there again. I won't waste my time of telling people to go there that how horrible it was.

I tried their chicken and waffles for the first time and it actually wasn’t that bad really good would recommend others.

The people that work at this place definitely did not graduate charm school because their attitudes are just awful…no eye contact, no pleasantries and straight up snappy with the customers. I witnessed the guy next to me being berated for daring to speak up about his order being wrong, and they refused to remake it…THEN she walked off into the kitchen and everyone heard her tell somebody “DON’T WORRY I CORRECTED HIM!” very embarrassing .
Plus, the restaurant itself is absolutely filthy, you can even see how nasty the kitchen is from the lobby!

The food is sub-par. I'm hoping their fries are typically better than what I got; however, wasn'tt impressed with all the outside of the fry. I had a coupon, so I decided to try the chicken tenders since the last time I had the nuggets I had to ask where's the chicken?! The tenders definitely have a cooked frozen texture and too much breading. I guess they don't hand out one packet of honey for the biscuit anymore. Sadly, it was the best part of the meal even without the expected honey. I believe the Colonel would be very disappointed that his namesake chicken is now probably the worst in town instead of the best. KFC needs to go back to how they once were. Maybe they will get more than a couple of cars in their lot. The drive thru staff was super nice, but the order came up very slow, and I know this meal wasn't just made fresh, and it was not busy.
