We stopped here after a day at Adventureland, around 6:30 pm 10/19. The business was crazy and they were short staffed but the ladies working behind the counter were working their tails off, still managed to be friendly, and got our orders correct. They all deserve raises!

Place was disgusting, all tables were dirty, floor was gross, bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned in days. There was no straws or napkins out by the fountain machine. Food was smeared all over the packaging on the outside and inside. Tacos I got had very little chicken in them. Not worth the time or money, will never visit again. I hope corporate sees this post and shuts it down. We work hard for our money and for what places charge for food, the stuff should at least be edible and filling.

Gal at register needs to speak up. The fountain machine is loud sitting on the counter. Need to pay attention to the dining area, wipe of tables & make sure garbage is picked up of the floor. Common sense things.

This chicken was old, my soft drink was flat.
For 35 dollars for two people, it should taste better than Luke warm hot dog water.

I spent an hour waiting on my order. The order that they still cannot get right. I asked for a manager somebody in charge. And he said there was nobody. The older lady working the kitchen was racist as hell. Throwing people's food down in front of them. Getting upset at customers because she could not get the order right. I came in at 7:27 PM and didn't leave until 8:22. Check your freaking cameras. Drug induced employees. The guy work in the counter said they were out of half of everything , mac and cheese. He said it took an hour to heat up Mac and cheese, so he wasn't going to make it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. And filing a complaint with corporate about the racism with your employees. You are losing business every day because of the way your employees are running the store. In the end, I finally just got my money back and left after an hour of waiting inside for an order. That should have took ten minutes or less.

My son and I both ordered the two chapula meal last night. All 4 tacos just had plain pita bread that wasn't fried for one second like it's supposed to me. The tacos were super messy and wet. Idk how you screw something up something that's so easy. Couldn't eat the tacos and just threw them away.
Not good food. Diarrhea.
It took 45 minutes to give me a takeout order.
