Per usual, they forgot half our order. Also per usual, we were under a time constraint so we couldn't go back and get the rest of our order. The only thing that is guaranteed here is that your order is going to be wrong or missing things, every time.

Sat in the drive through forever. Got my quarter pounder with cheese and the bread was hard and stale. Had to been sitting out all day. Ruined the sandwich.

The lobby was trashed! All garbage cans were over flowing. The soda area had spills everywhere the floor needed swept bad. I'm guessing that shift just had bad management

We had a small order and it took 10-15 min. Ridiculous. So I guess if you just go in side, you wait for the ones who ordered on line. W small kids, it's to long a wait for fast food. The staff was no help, they were loud and some voiced wanting to leave, as the whole restaurant could hear. No napkins, I stood at the counter and all I got was stares, not one ask me if I needed help. Have no idea who was in charge, eh, one less customer won't make a difference.

Everytime I order on doordash, they ALWAYS forget something. Do you guys not have quality control? Idk maybe double check the bag before sealing? I feel like that should be common sense. It costs me more money to reorder a missing item or I'm SOL. How hard is it to double check the receipt and double check the bag?

The good news: it’s hard to mess up McDonald’s food. The bad news: their system & service is beyond lacking. We waited 40 mins for our order inside and 90% of the people waiting alongside us had to end up asking where their order was… only to be met with confused looks. Use the drive-thru & cross your fingers.
