We walked into an empty restaurant an ordered a pizza. It took around 40 minutes for our pizza to arrive. It was not even lukewarm and cheese was not melted. It appears they had barely warmed up a frozen pizza. My wife started having nausea right after. Without a doubt it has to be the worse pizza I have ever had. The service was pretty terrible as well. No one came to check up on us even once after we got the food. We waited almost 15 minutes after finishing to get the check. Would never go back there.

I wish I could get a crisp crust on my thin pizza when I order it; it always seems chewy versus crispy.

Yea..I got a Taco pizza and breadsticks. I did not like either. I think it's just whatever your preference is in sauce etc. People were very nice though.

Kitchen was a bit off, but our servers made it all right. Thanks for the extra effort.

Not impressed about anything except the gluten-free cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza.

I was on my way home, and craving a meatball sandwich. I drive right by this restaurant and thought “surely, they will have a meatball sandwich.” They did, and it comes with onion rings or waffle fries. I chose fries. When I opened the box, it looked so delicious, the right amount of cheese and the waffle fries were seasoned. The meatballs were absolutely delicious and the bread was soft. I’m not usually a fries person, but the seasoning was great, no ketchup needed. I will definitely be back to try more things off the menu. If the meatball sandwich was this good, I think I’m in for a great meal!
Laughed at the salad because seriously a mountain of lettuce and no other toppings except a giant strand of hair🤮🤮🤮🤮 not cool

Went for a quick lunch for my birthday with my husband and before I go on please know that I grew up on the Southside of DSM and man was I disappointed in the lack of quality and freshness of the food at this location. The server was obviously working front and back of the house on her own. I ordered cheese bread for an appetizer, Italian Sausage Sandwich and my husband ordered the Big V Salad which was no Big D on any level basic and the meat tasted funky. Onion rings were ok, cheese bread, well, more like cheese baked on a hot dog bun, with sub par sauce, no roasted peppers on my sandwich maybe a teaspoon of sauce on the bun and the meat on my sandwich also tasted well…off. If not old. So I did not eat mine after a bite into the cappacola. The place was freeezing so we ate with our coats ON. My husband is diabetic and ordered iced tea, asked for sugar substitute and was told that they did not have any? Yet the tea was unsweetened? Needless to say my birthday lunch was a complete bust and now we are hoping the meat we ate will not come back to haunt us tomorrow when I celebrate with the rest of my family. Seriously? You guys KNOW better, been going to eat there since I can remember and never once had this bad of an experience with food quality! Not even sure I want to hit the one on the Southside after this. I really just felt bad for my husband shelling out $50 for a salad, appetizer and sandwich that tasted awful. If I could give zero stars I would but the girl working was doing her best and was a decent server considering she was obviously working FOH and BOH. Ugh. Man I hated posting this but come on…

Worst Philly cheesesteak ever. Dang near burned the bread. Really weird marinade on the steak. Cheese sticks were raw in the middle. Not sure how they got the 4.3 rating with this garbage

First time at this location. The toasted ravioli were amazing and worth getting again, maybe just as my main dish.
The pizza was just fair. It was edible but nothing special. I had the chicken alfredo and my aunt had a pepperoni and both seemed to be a little undercooked. But the pizzas themselves were not how they used to be years ago back when the restaurant was in it's first location on the south side. But lots of appetizers to choose from will definitely get me to come back at least once more.

We went around 3:30pm. We were the only ones. We ordered onion rings. The flavor was very good. They were just a little overdone. The pizza was good too. We'll be back.
