We just finished a tour at Farrar and we really excited to get some Taco Bell afterwards. To our disappointment it had closed at least 40 minutes earlier then expected and we were left very unhappy without our Taco Bell.

We were missing sides of potato poppers and gravy, and the biscuits were put in the bag first, so we're crushed before we could attempt to enjoy them. This is not the first time we've been short on items in our order.

If you want Taco Bell and you live in Altoona don’t come here go to Ankeny or something I waited an hour for my food just to get told at the window and them to tell me that they don’t have any beef and then on top of that they forgot our order and gave us the wrong food 0/10

We walked in to order and stood at the counter for 5 minutes with no help. We counted 4 employees and only seeing 2 doing something to help, we walked out warning others walking about the lack of help.

My standards aren’t very high when it comes to fast food restaurants after all it is fast food but the fact that the lady at the window looked at my drink when she put the lid on and still handed it to me is crazy!! I didn’t notice until I was back at work and was going to take a drink and thank goddess I didn’t while I was driving.

The food and customer service have been good at this location this year. My teens have recently begun to love TB, usually a dinner or night snack. The older gentleman that’s usually at the drive up window, has been very friendly and has good customer service.
