Although the employees were very nice. I got a meal there today and yes it is Christmas Eve. My food was cold. We called and let them know about the cold meal the manager was accommodating. I went ahead and ate what I could but within the hour I got ill. Trying to be nice I called the store and let them know that I got ill and told them they should check the food to make sure it was safe to serve to others. The manager then said to me “not trying to be rude but our food was made fresh today”. If it was fresh why was it cold? And why not be more concerned when a consumer calls to look out for your business??? This whole situation was concerning to me on so many levels. Just be careful everyone.

I've done a good review for this place in the past but it's gotten worse pretty disappointed in the food quality spending so much money and not getting what I want and it tastes disgusting I know it's just taco John's but if this is our job we should be making sure that our customers are getting what they pay for. Stupid and annoying that replacing or a refund just makes problems go away. How about we fix pur service and pay attention. To what the actual HELL you're giving people. I'm 1 person but EVERYONE I know I will definitely make sure they go elsewhere before choosing this restaurant.

Absolute horrible service I spent 35 minutes in line to get my food. Didn’t even offer to take a dollar off for the wait I would have left, but I was stuck in between two cars. I would highly not recommend going to this establishment

One of the few other reasons outside of seeing family that when in Iowa or the Heartland, go to Taco John's. Great selection. No long wait. Open late. Quality better than Taco Bell. With the possible exception of on military bases, there's no Taco John's on the West Coast. Glad I ate here.

I drove thru around 10:30PM last night and ordered a $35.00 6 Pack and a Pound. I got home and my potato oles were Cold, wet and smashed into the container. I am talking like someone smashed them down with their hands. The tacos were cold and did not taste right. This was the MOST DISGUSTING FAST FOOD I have ever had in my life. It litterly made me GAG! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Potato oles do not taste good re-fried. I specifically went between the hours of 11:00 and 1:00 so that I could get good olés third time in 2 weeks I can't visit anymore as potato Ole are 75% of the point of visiting. I tried the Taco Bravo today pretty doggone good though

You pay $18 for a six pack of tacos and there isn't a quarter pound of meat between all of them. Ridiculous. And the Taco Bravos weren't as awesome as they normally are either.
