The food was amazing the weight for a table was not bad the service was awesome and although it was packed and busy and had a lot of noise I could still hear to talk I felt comfortable there so it was a very good experience Plus they have a military discount which I absolutely took advantage of thank you for thinking of our veterans

With 4 young kids we don’t often go out, but we did tonight and this place was great! Everyone working had a huge smile on their face and they genuinely looked happy to be there. I've never had a bad meal at Texas Roadhouse. Any of them. The service is always great and the food is delicious and high quality, don't even get me started on those honey buns! Haha. This was our first time to the Altoona location and we ordered take out so I can't rate the atmosphere because they have a drive thru window which is new and convenient but I'm sure at times impedes the traffic flow through their very busy lot and makes you wait in line. They had a walk in door for people who wanted to park and walk in for quicker service but it was locked. The staff at the window were awesome and friendly and our order was spot on!

I have been at this location since it opened. I have tried everything from Ribs to Steak. You can't beat it for quality or price. My "Go To" is the 6 oz Sirloin with loaded baked potato and the house salad with Blue Cheese crumbles. If I get water that's less than $20.00. If I get one the fancy blue drinks I like it's more like $25. Still an amazing deal. If you are worried about a wait. Don't be if it is just you and a friend you can walk right in and sit at the bar.

You can not go wrong at a Texas Roadhouse. I prefer the Altoona location due to a little more room in the aisles and booths.
Our waiter was super friendly and came back several times to check on us and ensure our food was spot on. The filets were tender juicy and cooked perfectly!!
