“From Alabama and came thru Amana several years ago and on just a spur ate here on a business excursion. I have never eaten at a place that was so good from service and atmosphere to the delicious food. I’m willing to go back to Amana just to eat here again. So good“

“Incredible German food in the heartland of Iowa. One of my favorite spots to eat on Earth. When you find yourself in Iowa, make the extra trip to the Amana Colonies and eat at Ox Yoke Inn. Just trust me on this one!“

“Went on a holiday Sunday night. Place was busy.
Two servers working hard.
We sat out on the patio and had beers and pizza. The bacon cheese fries were great. The pizza was great. Beautiful night, cold beer, good food. Tough to beat.“

“A8 has the BEST tasting Chinese food we have ever had. When we are in the area, we go there. Today was no exception. 🤣 With Covid we haven’t been there in almost two years. Thanks Kristy and Robin. It was great seeing you both again. We will be back!! 💞 Barb & Steve“

“We had the best time. We are staying at a local campground. This place was recommended by the gal at the camp store. Well we are thrilled she did. Our server, Aubrey was the best. She was fun, attentive and we felt like we were being waited on by a close friend. They better hold on to her. She’s one of a kind. The atmosphere was fun and the place was clean. The food was excellent. The wine & beer were some of the best we’ve had. If we are ever traveling thru this area again we will come back. My even have lunch today before heading out.“
