“Being german living in the USA makes me very picky when going to eat at german, Greek or Italian restaurants.
Many of these are merely influenced by said cousin.
This place however is as close as you can get to real italian food in Italy!! We are so glad we've found this place. We'll worth the 45 minute drive to Muscatine for us!! Great personal service! Eating here makes you feel like part of the family, not just a guest.“

“We were in LeClaire for the Eagle and Ice fest and knew ths had to be part of the trip. Our server Mackenzie S was friendly and extremely helpful once we explained we were first timers! Definitely worth the drive down for lunch. Thanks Mackenzie S!!“

“We ordered a Juicy Lucy and BBQ bacon Wahlburger both very good. Both a little too pink but still very juicy and good! Both sides our were very good, fries and sweet potato tots. We will come back again!“
“The sandwiches are made fresh with fresh ingredients. The bread is always fresh. The service is quite prompt. It is located in a gas station / truck stop. There is an eating area - not fancy, but OK. I always get my sandwiches to go. A foot-long with a drink can be as low as $7. Very friendly staff.“

“45in wait for our food but was well worth the wait. Onion rings were delicious.
Parking: Parking can get difficult at times. Cars I'm back should move forwards as others finish and leave. There was nowhere for us to pull up and throw our trash away.“
