“I usually go here for some good fast comfort food after a long day of work. When ordering this time there was a bit of miscommunication and mishearing through the speaker, when i got to the window and saw some of the stuff wasnt what I wanted Adeline, and Joseph made sure to get me what I wanted and refunded me for what I didn't, they were very kind, quick, and friendly. Not once did I feel like I was inconvenienced or that I was inconveniencing them. Absolutely amazing customer service all around and I greatly appreciate how they handled my situation. Amazing deal! Included choice of full standard size Roast Beef, Crispy Chicken or Fish Sandwich, curly or crinkle fries, 2 mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, a peach cobbler roll and small drink of which can be refilled if dining there. We have tried all sandwiches and they are wonderful as is the entire meal which is a lot of food! We go to the 13th Street Arby's and have they great service with very personable staff.“
