“I go to this Arby's near 86th street and I-35/80 in Urbandale often and I have always had good service. A majority of the time I use the drive through as I did today. I ordered a couple of chicken sliders and curly fries, love those fries! Today like a lot of the time I had a short wait but only because they made the sliders and the fries fresh after I ordered. I would rather wait a few minutes for fresh hot food than drive away quickly with something less. Arby's is a higher quality of fast food in my opinion.“
“Jenna at the drive thru was extremely helpful and polite. Customer service at these establishments is crucial & this place didn’t disappoint. Had a minor inconvenience and the manager Daniel resolved. Definitely recommend trying this place if you like delicious food & phenomenal customer service.“
