Sweet guy with glasses was working hard to keep customers happy, we waited 5 minutes to order inside though no one else was in line and then 12-13 minutes for our small order after placing it. The nice young man apologized, but the female manger made snide remarks like "they're gonna have to wait longer." Had bought an item online was in the drive thru and my card was declined. I pulled out of drive thru called my bank to get it straightened out. Once was fixed went back in to purchase my order and apologize. The manager was great and said it happens and didn't charge me. Great customer service...

We stopped here to get shakes for dessert. The employee that helped us in the drive-thru was extra nice and fast! We got a large vanilla shake and a regular jamocha shake and they were both delicious. For both shakes, the total was about $8.
