I worked here while in high school in the '70s and enjoyed making the ice cream sundaes and running the cash register back when it was on Lincolnway. Hickory Park has maintained its quality of bbq & ice cream over all these years and is a must-eat place for anyone living in or visiting Ames!
Hickory Park has the best cheeseballs.
