First, the ordering kiosk is a joke! I still had to wait for someone to come to the counter, and I had to tell them I ordered!
And when I got my soda, I asked them for ice. Their response was “we don’t have ice” Come on McDonald’s doesn’t have ice for their drinks???
I was lured in by the McRib.That won’t happen again!
RUDE management and SLOW SLOW SLOW service. They berate and mistreat patrons and delivery drivers when they ask where their food is after waiting 25 minutes……this is anything BUT fast food at this location.
everytime i come here i dont get half my order. and im spending the money and not getting my money's worth. i cant call to have this corrected because their phones are off. would be great to get my money back instead. at this point im fed up. i dont live anywhere near here just driving through and had to listen to my child scream about her not getting her food
