Pretty disappointed in my experience at Noir on Friday night. It was my first time and was super excited for a girls night, saw the bartender sitting on the deep freeze on her phone at the bar which is gross. It was not busy but our drink orders either took 10ish minutes each time or we were completely forgotten about.
