went here for a date night. food was pretty good. flatbread was really good. it did not cost a fortune as well. Beautiful environment. will definitely go back

Pretty disappointed in my experience at Noir on Friday night. It was my first time and was super excited for a girls night, saw the bartender sitting on the deep freeze on her phone at the bar which is gross. It was not busy but our drink orders either took 10ish minutes each time or we were completely forgotten about. The waitress had no idea what she was doing, forgot about drinks had to remind her, asked for my check around 3 times, was never informed on a cover charge (which is fine but should be known before you order), overcharged my friend then was told they can’t refund without permission (you should always have someone who’s authorized to use corrective action on site in cases like this) then she wanted to swipe my friends card again, we told her no. She then took off with my other friends card that she had already processed at our table forgetting it was in her hand, then today I find out my card was also charged twice. Absolutely ridiculous and not happy at all.

I was at Noir for the pub fiction literary crawl that was going on, which Noir was participating in. I wasn't there for long but it was long enough to have a very high opinion of both the establishment and the service. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and accommodating- it was my first visit and I had no idea what I was doing. My questions were answered patiently, and I didn't feel as though I was annoying them with my lack of knowledge.
My wait to be served was not long at all, and my server was very friendly and upbeat, and as I said, patient with me. I would 100% visit this place again.

Went for drinks and some of us got the flat breads. Got the flat breads before our drinks, which was odd. The bar seemed pretty slammed, though. Drinks were solid and food was good as well. Waitress felt a little lacking, but was very nice and kind. Later found out she was the one making the food as well. With that being the case, she was doing a great job.

Modest food menu but flatbread was good. This is a signature cocktail club almost exclusively. They seemed to struggle with the idea of three of our group sharing a wine bottle.

Came here for a ladies night and it was amazing. The live music was perfect, normally most places it is so loud and overpowering but it was so relaxing and nice. The flatbreads and drinks were great. Service was very slow but was well worth the wait.

Very disappointing experience. We waited an hour for our drinks and were charged a surprise $5 cover when paying our tab. We asked the waitress about the cover and she said there was a sign by the door. I looked and it was written on a small black sign that was facing the wrong direction. We brought this up again to the waitress and she was very rude. Will not be returning.
