If you ever need to plan an event, I 110% recommend having at Sweet Carolines. From the first email I sent to Chelsey (Event Coordinator) until the end of our event, we had top tier service. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was FUN, our bartender was phenomenal.
We came in late Saturday afternoon and were seated right away. We had a great meal before going to the Chicago concert at CY Stevens Auditorium. Despite the fact the restaurant became increasingly busy the serving staff remained attentive and efficient.
I guess I misunderstood the BBQ sauce on the meatloaf. I thought it meant BBQ sauce was baked onto the top of the meatloaf before it was cut. Had I known that they put it all over the slice on your plate, I definitely would have told them not to. Even after scraping it off, I still have no idea what the actual meatloaf tastes like.
