Culver's Reviews
I am the type of person that loves positivity and giving great reviews. Give honor to where honor is due. And I give great reviews, call the managers and praise the service all the time.
I have also had my share of terrible service and/or food and usually do not say a word.
The experience I had this afternoon at Culvers in Ankeny was horrendous. The food that is. The drive through guy that took my order, payment and delivery was so kind and helpful.

I’m kind of upset and confused. Without warning: as of May first, they decided we pay for any sauce (35c) for our side. They will no longer include Sauce automatically. Now so everyone can understand Culver’s is charging your sides and then also charging for every single one of your dipping sauce. It seems with any small opportunity they have to get us to spent more money out out of pocket. dare I say I’m afraid to ask for ketchup for my fries just to cost more. So the...read full review
Originally posted 11 months ago on google- We were there this afternoon and the floors were slippery and greasy. My two year old son slipped by the drink station where there was a huge puddle of water, after taking one step. He fell down and smacked his head on the floor and immediately started crying and screaming. Which was a direct cause of the puddle of water NO ONE bothered cleaning up. Culver’s offers delicious burgers, sides, and fresh custard with a variety of flavors. The service is generally fast, although some customers have experienced longer wait times, especially at the drive-thru, which can take 5-15 minutes even for simple orders. The staff is friendly and attentive, with one team leader, Arcelia, noted for her kindness and patience towards all customers. The restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with ample free parking and good wheelchair accessibility. Customers consistently praise the high-quality food and positive dining experience. This newer venue is a quality stop, whether driving on the nearby 35 or within the Ankeny area. Their drive-thru option excels in speed and kind customer service, though some food items have been reported as cold, hard, or tough. The concrete is tasty but can be sloppy. Beautiful cheese curds and huge portions of tenders are highlights, and their Culver’s sauce is delicious. Fries are a big favorite, and they also have Pup Cups. Customers enjoy the frozen custard, with popular flavors including vanilla and chocolate, and unique mixes like blackberry and peach cobbler.
