The workers here have such fun energy! We got food here and the first time, they forgot to give us a cookie we ordered. They were super kind on the phone when I called about it, and it was very easy to redeem the store credit for the cookie next time we came (:
I pick up online orders from this Jimmy John's location often. The folks that work there are consistently fast and friendly and kind. They do a great job and genuinely seem like they are enjoying their work. I love that.
