You could be the only person in line at the drive thru ordering one single sandwich, and they would still take 15 minutes to make it. Recently this location has gone way down in quality, from taking forever to make literally one sandwich, to also putting a single sliver of meat on the sandwich, and half the time you order pop it has zero syrup and tastes bad. For how much they charge for food it should not be this poor quality. If I spend $15 on a sandwich it better be a really good sandwich, not worse than what I can make at home.

I love the unwich for gluten-free meals. They do a great job wrapping the unwich so it is easier to eat and can be laid down during the meal. Thank you for making gluten-free available to the entire menu!Dietary restrictions: I can pick out any sandwich and enjoy it as an unwich.

The selling point for this restaurant was the close proximity to the hotel. I had only to cross the street to procure my tasty meal. The sandwich was excellently crafted, fresh and taste bud tickling. In this case, proximity really is king! Kudos to the server that recommended my sandwich. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Give them a try. Staff is very nice rendering service with a smile.
This newer location is fantastic! Service was excellent at the window. Love the Beach Club & Club Lulu sandwiches. The iced tea is delish too. Recommend THIS location. The store on Ankeny Blvd. needs to close. Not enough help there & run down.
