great pizza, love that they had vegi options for pizza (beyond meat). Made it into a taco pizza and one of best. Pricing seemed little high and pizza first came out with no taco toppings so had to send it back but they fixed it without any issues. Would go back for sure. During busy times I can see parking being little harder to find so pre for walking

Our first time at the Dough Company. The setting is rather modern and sterile, but the pizza was absolutely excellent. The thin crust was baked perfectly--crisp without being brittle or dry. The toppings were generous. A wider selection of local beers would be nice, but that's a small thing.We'll be back.

We had a great experience here. Went in with high expectations since I've been to the Drake location a few times, and they definitely met the mark.Their taco pizza was phenomenal! It's SO good. Breaksticks were amazing. Pepperoni popper was delicious. We also got the hog wild, husband said that was good, too.Friends got the brownie and we tried it, it was a bit dry.Service was great. We were there awhile chatting with friends, and they walked around and asked people how their food was and if they needed anything. The place was clean, bathrooms clean also.
Wings were really good. The pizza raw in the center . but the outer crust was good. Didnt eat it and left most of the pizza. Wish the spiciness was on the side.

I mean… it’s food.?♂️ was it awful? No. Was it good? Not really.Nothing special about the pizza. Thick, crunchy dough, some parts a little burnt and very little sauce.. but that’s ok. The downer was the toppings. They aren’t baked in. They're sprinkled on top. So when you pick it up, the toppings fall all over the place and all you get is a mouthful of cheese and maybe a meat. Then you have to claw machine the rest of your toppings into your mouth… not ideal. Paid about 10 bucks per large slice. Got about 5 bucks worth of ingredients. The front counter lady, who I can assume is the manager, was awesome. Prompt and friendly. Her counterparts however were not friendly. No smiles, no greeting, the chubby kid who brought my food actually tossed the trays down in front of me and walked away before I could even say anything. As I was talking he turned his back and then stood in the kitchen with a miserable look on his face. (He looked teenage so probably hormonal issues or mom took away his Xbox idk) Didn’t ask if I needed anything, say enjoy your food etc. Am I traumatized?? No. Am I mad? No. But when you pay money for a sit down joint, you should be treated with a lil enthusiasm or care. So if you’re after service or really craving pizza, just go to lil ceasars or a family joint. Tastes way better, less messy and better, faster service.

Ordered a slice of pizza, half way through found a long black curly hair. Told the staff and gave me a card for a free slice. Should have just gotten my money back but I wanted to leave. What happened with wearing hair nets! I won't go back disgusting.
Best pizza in Des Moines, hands down! The dough/crust set these guys apart from everyone else - next level perfection.

The pizza/dipping sauce is delicious! Good to the last drop according to our kiddos. Our favorite is adding mozzarella to the breadsticks for an appetizer or make it the meal!
