We recently had the Outside Scoop truck at our wedding and I think it was one of the best decisions we made! We have loved getting ice cream from Outside Scoop for years, so we felt it was the perfect idea to have them at our wedding as well. The booking process was easy, we got to choose the ice cream flavors, and they communicated very well. We got a lot of compliments on having ice cream at our wedding and would highly recommend the idea to others getting married!

Based on customer reviews, The Outside Scoop offers awesome handmade hard-packed ice cream with a staggering variety of flavors. Favorite flavors include birthday cake oreo and chocolate oreo cookie dough. The fudge sauce is very good. The restaurant also has ice cream sandwiches, shakes, and offers pints to-go. Customers say the ice cream is delicious and they can taste the difference. The service is mixed. Many employees are nice and enjoy their work. Some staff members did a phenomenal job at welcoming customers, were patient, kind, and helped with choices. One frequent customer notes that an employee named Andre is always super awesome and like a family member. However, one customer had a weird experience with a young woman who filled an Ultimate with only Monster Cookie instead of the two requested flavors. The woman said it was too late to fix it, and the customer found the customer service situation beyond bizarre.
