If I could rate a negative number, I certainly would! The only good thing I can say is that the delivery person is friendly and helpful.
These 'meals' are TERRIBLE! Every meal is basically OATS, rice, potatoes, or pasta. Definitely NOT diabetic friendly! Desserts? More OATS!!! Cookies? OATMEAL. Fruit crisps? OATMEAL.
Dietitians and chefs? LAUGHABLE!
It's like they've looked for the cheapest possible ingredients, tossed in some mystery meats/fruits and called it a meal. Save your money and get some banquet frozen dinners. Your taste buds and wallet will both thank you.
Oh, and lest I forget, my last delivery was missing ANY powdered milk. (It had plenty of OATMEAL though) 😖

Delivery drives can't read addresses. Stop delivering to my house. I didn't order it.

I have been having meals shipped to my mother-in-law for several months and she enjoys the convenience and she seems to like the taste of the meals. The reason for my 5 star rating is their customer service. There was a problem with the delivery of a recent shipment and when I called, their representative couldn't have been nicer and went out their way to correct the problem completely and quickly. Today, empathy and helpful customer service is so refreshing and I truly appreciate Mom's Meals for having both.

The meals are nothing like the pictures on their site...imagine the pictures and then opening a TV dinner ..they are worse then that no flavor and if your diabetic I mean come on potatoes corn oatmeal corn bread and if you say anything oh...don't eat the whole meal save some for later..okay would love to table spoons of chili for dinner and for super treat myself to a piece of corn bread I'm choking on. I brought them to my dietician who told me they are high carb over processed and umhealthy...and this is the crap we have an option for through our insurance? No thanks

"for those with long term illnesses". Absolutely disgusting food of the lowest possible quality for the "ill". Are they trying to kill them faster with this trash? What a joke.

Tried this home delivery service due to my spinal injury as I’m not really able to cook for myself currently. I also liked that they offered “diabetic friendly” meals. After receiving my first shipment I noticed how many preservatives and chemicals these meals contained as well as very high sugar content. The meals I received have all been either rice based or pasta based and almost all are 60+ carbs and under 450 calories. Some even less than 350! With the size of these small meals and the amount of carbs from simple carbs and starches they’ve been shooting my blood sugars very high. My breakfast this morning alone had 27g of sugar and only 300-ish calories. These are clearly not “diabetic friendly” meals. One breakfast option was pancakes that I have sitting in my fridge. Seems like a strange option for a diabetic. The quality of the food isn’t that great either. It’s like cheap frozen dinner quality. While it’s great that insurance would cover 4 weeks of these meals I’m going to have to look elsewhere for healthier and better quality meals. I’ve also been dealing with stomach aches after almost every meal. My dietician and doctor agree that these are not well rounded meals nutrition-wise and don’t contain enough calories. If you want some REAL reviews of this place and its products, just go to Yelp. They’ve got a 1.8 rating on there.

I had spine surgery and live alone. I am grateful for a service like this

We have been very pleased with Mom's Meals. This is our 3rd and longest running meal service we have tried. The meal sizes are small, perfect for seniors. The price, at $150/week, is less than what we bought groceries for and we have no waste, The meals are not gourmet quality but provide the sustenance we need and we can treat ourselves to a nice meal out or cooked by our kids occasionally. This meal service is wonderful for those of us who can not cook easily or who require inexpensive meals. If people want gourmet service, it does exist but not at these rates. Thank you Mom's Meals for the service you provide.

I never once ordered from them but they won't stop harassing me by phone because they have the wrong phone number. I've blocked 3 of their numbers already and just had to block another when they called me at 6am. I wouldn't order anything from a company that engages in harassment campaigns like this.

Mom's meals are tasty with portions just the right size and not overly spicy. I like being able to change out meals to try new ones. I haven't found many I don't like. They have many tasty choices to pick from.

Meals actually taste like real food and couldn’t be easier to prepare.
