Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny.
I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered.

Went out of my way to go to this location, because it had a drive thru.
So I asked for a Strawberry smoothie...
Never was asked a size, didn't think about it...
My receipt said I got 16oz
I knew this wasn't no 16oz cup! And it wasn't to the rim (as my water measurement was)
So, I got a 12oz smoothie for the OUTRAGEOUS price of a 16oz, and it wasn't the best tasting one either!
I will never get a smoothie from Panara again...
Seriously how does this place stay open??? They are pathetic!!!
