“Tried using the Taco Bell app to place an order ahead. Although my card was charged (pending), the taco bell app said that something went wrong and the order was never submitted. We went to the drive thru window to see if the order was truly received, and to explain our situation. The team member at the window was extremely understanding and walked us through some solutions to the issue, when the order didnt show on their end. I tried to order a 2nd time in the parking lot on the app and the problem happened a second time. We went in to explain our situation, and the manager that was in tonight simply had us order at the counter and she rang up our order for free. Whether my card is actually charged in the end or not, the service we received tonight was great, and I am thankful for their patience and understanding of my situation!!“
“I got a taco coupon and I gave it to the lady well she had asked if I wanted it crunchy and I said yes ..My bad,I misunderstood but I took it back in and they made it right anyhow...Great Customer service here...The service and the smiles are Much appreciated“
