“Glad they were open late. Not much else was open when I landed at the airport.
Unfortunately the drive thru took a lot longer than normal. Must have been a big order 2 and 3 cars ahead of me. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. By the time I got my tacos the shells were all soggy and falling apart. They had obviously been sitting thru the wait too.
I didn’t feel like waiting in line again and I needed to get down the road. I would recommend that food not be made up and then just sit there especially if orders before are taking a long time to fulfill.“
“They got my order wrong but I'd eaten half the burrito, so I just finished it. I did, however, mention the error to staff. The manager came out to my table with a coupon for a free taco as well as a copy of my receipt with a notation for them to replace it next time. And she did it with a SMILE! 😃😃😃😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻“
“I ordered ordered for dine in, before I could finish my order on the kiosk the young lady called out my name handing my cup, I will continue to give this location my business, because I was by the front counter filling up my cup, she also handed me my food on the tray, what great customer service, keep it up.“
