Fantastic ice cream, great staff, and great espresso!
Would absolutely recommend Uptown Dairy. Growing up near the WI border my family enjoyed Cedar Crest ice cream as a special treat and I’m happy to see it here in Iowa! Hands down some of the best small batch ice cream I’ve ever had and plenty of variety to choose from. I love that Uptown Dairy is right by the High Trestle Trail Ankeny trailhead and makes for a perfect treat after a long ride.
