while traveling thru the area. i stopped for dinner i couldn't leave my service animal in the car at 100 degree temperatures, so i brought him in with me the chubby older white male told me i need to take the dog outside i let him know that he was a service animal. he told me they have to have a vest on which is not a requirement. i stepped outside and googled to confirm i was correct. i came back in and tried to explain that he was a service animal that i do in fact have his card with me and he still kicked us our and refused service.

The app wasn’t working, so I asked The “manager” if we could just order it and do the buy one get one face-to-face, and he said it would have to be on the app, which I understand. It wouldn’t let me edit it on the app so I asked him if I just ordered the sub and we could just tell him what to put on and he said no I would throw his coats off. Not sure how it throws off ingredients like that say I want pickles so with those pickle count off. The guy was just a complete joke. So we are taking our business elsewhere. Nice job Subway either by have an inferior app or hiring inferior personnel.

Had to phone in mobile order because website would not accept payment. Once home with the order we found the BLT was two slices of bacon and nothing else. Foot long Nachos were squished together and disgusting looking/tasting, turkey foot long had none of the condiments requested. Will never be going back!

Went in to get a sandwich, whilst waiting I got my drink and was putting on the lid, before I could finish and turn around get whistled at to come finish my sandwich, I did not appreciate being whistled at like a dog, it didn’t take me more than a minute to get my drink.
