We stopped here on the through Iowa and I’m so glad we did. Everything we ate was top notch. Some of the best Mexican food ever. I recommend the tamales. The service was also great, I had a kid with a food allergy and the owner came out and asked how he could accommodate us. Wait staff was also great. Please go here if you’re nearby.
Food is consistently good. They are always willing to work with my food allergies. Only issue I've had is that it was really cold the last time I visited. We all ate with our coats on.

This was a great place to stop on our drive from Chicago to Denver! cute, comfortable, and clean inside nice people and great food - a real treat amidst a long road trip that had included way too many Wendy's and mcdonalds stops!
