My husband and I stopped here on a cross country trip and we were very impressed. We both loved the cheesy potato sausage soup and Mac and cheese. We got to the restaurant around 4:30 pm and we were the only ones there for a bit. Lauren G was our server. She was very attentive and apologetic when we had a bit of a wait due to prep work not being finished at the time we ordered. My family and I recently ordered takeout. The roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes was served hot, tasted wonderful, and had just the right amount of gravy. The club sandwich featured crispy bacon and perfectly cooked, golden fries. The kids loved their chicken tenders. I highly recommend this spot for a satisfying meal!
Had a great meal there this evening. Burger was juicy and hot, the club sandwich was excellent also. Definitely will go back.

The Embers Restaurant and Lounge is a cozy and welcoming spot that serves amazing food. The restaurant has a down-to-earth atmosphere and is decorated with a refreshing white and gray theme accented with local road signs. The menu offers a great selection of comfort food, including gigantic pancakes and delicious walleye platters at a reasonable price. The service is exceptional, and the staff makes customers feel very welcome. The food was delicious, with great portions. The chicken fried steak cuts with a fork. Hashbrowns were golden and crispy. The chocolate chip pancake was HUGE. The breakfast combo had juicy sausage and perfectly over-hard eggs. The service was great, and the waitress was accommodating.
