These places in the truck stops are hit and miss for the most part I've had good experience here except for the occasional my oles might have been colder than expected but what fast food place doesn't have that issue with fried potatoes? My only complaint here is Wendy's opens at 6 and taco John's opens at 7 big downer when I'm passing thru at 6am and I wanted breakfast burritos. I live in Cheyenne where taco John's started all of ours opens at 6am except the downtown one on the weekends. We have several locations and only two taco bells so I take this over taco bell any day of the week. Taco John's inside most loves locations are 24hrs I get it though all these truck stops operate differently but 6am should be opening hours at least considering truck driving is 24/7.Parking: Truck stop parking

The staff was friendly !!!!!! BUT !!!!!! HOLD UP DID I JUST EAT SOME TYPE OF MICRO BARRETTO !!!!!! naw frfr it was like all shell with a spoon of some type of meat and cheese sauce in it ... please get them out the truck stop. I'm not going to fuel at this one no more. And I fuel $600 plus every time. Money lost why they here.

I ordered 36+ dollars in food online and had it picked up and they didn't put half my order in!!! I'm missing $15.34 in food. They didn't give me my guacamole or nacho sauce with my 2 largw potato oles, they didn't give me my chicken quesadilla, they didn't give me my steak grilled burrito, and the chicken grilled taco was extremely soggy! And there's nowhere online to put in a complaint about the order or get help with the order!

Short black Manager with dreads was absolutely the worst idea of a shift leader I have ever seen sitting there yelling at the only guy working on the grill, telling him he’s going to write him up while he’s up front flirting with teenage girls, we waited 30 minutes on to grill chicken burritos, and when the order came, it was missing half of the items so I had to take another 15 minutes to get those. Then I watch the grill person ask for help in him, turn around and laughing in his face.

Tiny portions. Stale taco bowl. Looked like a tablespoon of meat for the salad. Don't go here if you're hungry. Staff loudly arguing behind the counter. Tasteless food. Not at all worth it. Wish it had been a taco bell instead.

Very rude staff! Do not want to work much and have no idea about customer service! Made all the customers use the kiosk instead of working themselves! I asked if it's been cleaned lately? He said yes! But it was still very dirty! And with Covid-19 version 6 going around now! I feel it's very unsafe to use such things! As I don't order from kiosk, or use self checkouts! i'm not going to do there job for them! I'm not the one getting paid for it! And Several customers had to come back up and have there food re-made while I was waiting on my food! Note my own food was cold when I got it! I feel personal it's just extremely laziness by any and all companies that are doing this now! I am not the one getting paid to work at these places! So I feel I should not have to take my own order! So I will NOT return to this location because of this! This Taco Johns is in the Pilot/Flying J travel center (truck stops)
