The staff was friendly and actually got our order right (often Wendy's messes it up). But they very kindly told us we couldn't order waters with each of our orders. "Only one water is allowed per order." 5 orders and only one water - makes no sense. Management needs to review this policy.

GREAT service, friendly servers and very good food. Server and manager helped us navigate the app to get the burger day deal and we enjoyed the meal. Looking forward to going back for the grilled chicken wrap and some nuggets. I highly recommend this Wendy's restaurant!!

Came in and ordered a number 10 meal, the kid at counter seemed to be half dead, no expression no high how are you, he actually looked miserable. The place had no friendly vibe at all. I asked for fresh fries guy told me they were and line and behold they were cold.The only thing decent was the orange cream soda I got. Hopefully you get better service if you go

Today around 10:45am, me and my partner ordered food we sat and waited and we were in view to watch our order be made. The sandwiches and nuggets were prepared with gloves. So they were edible. However the fries weren’t. We saw a staff member scoop some fries in their own individual carton with no gloves which was fine because it wasn't any personal contact. Then a few seconds later we saw her grab our fries with her bare hands and transfer the excess fries in our carton to another drive thru order set of fries. Which was unsanitary because we had just watched her touch everything else in the establishment without washing her hands during this time. When our order got bagged for us my partner explained what we had saw and they said this was Wendy’s protocol it’s safer for them to handle fries without gloves. We weren’t provided a refund. Just an attitude. So for future customers just be cautious of the sanitation protocols here.

Went through the drive through and ordered on my phone only to be served cold food and they had me waiting at the window for what?! Cold food? Employee FaceTiming her husband or something. 4 employees for nothing won’t be spending my money here anymore. 1-1-24 904pm I ordered a JBC and a crispy chicken sandwich for crying out loud. Fast food is a let down everywhere
