Fries were lukewarm, spicy chicken sandwich had only chicken and mayo. When questioned the girl said we are out of lettuce and tomatoes, something you generally tell customers when they order. The drink station is a mess and the employees are standing around.

Josh was so enthusiastic and helpful that I felt the need to leave this review. Even with a long line and a busy staff, he was happily greeting each guest. That kind of enthusiasm isn't often seen in this line of work, and it really should be commended. Thanks, Josh!

Food was hot but it had to be the least satisfying wendys we ever had. On a road trip looking forward to some food and it was a let down. They did let us know that the crunchies on the sandwich was unavailable. But we didn’t get any cheese or lettuce on our sandwiches. We were so hungry we just ate it and my husband didnt want me to make a fuss on it. So so and so pit stop.

Just stopped in for some fries and a iced tea. Tea was good fries were good also. Place is clean. Staff on top of it.
Service was great! DT worker was awesome!!!! But…worst chicken wrap I have ever had. Every piece of chicken was hard and old. I am just traveling through so not like I can go back! Very poor quality. Please do better.

This is my first ever fast food review. I think this whole crew deserves it as I went in there Sunday around noon and they were packed of people. They had a line of 15 cars at least in the drive-through. The line inside did move a little slow, but the customer service from the gal behind the calendar was amazing with how busy and chaotic it was. Food came out super fresh, and I was more surprised by how many people had gone in and out of that restaurant and the time we sat down and ate. Walking in with nowhere to sit, to it being completely empty in 20 minutes showed what a great team this location has. We do not eat a lot of fast food, but we do drive from Omaha to Des Moines a lot and I think this will be a regular stop.

Ordered $28 worth of food. Waited for around 20 minutes with no one else in line. The person behind the counter was yelling at people, and when I got my food, it was 100% all incorrect. Ruined my night
