This is such a cute coffee shop here in Baxter! The barista, Julia, was very friendly and made me the most delicious latte. Highly recommend trying the campfire bliss latte. The vibe inside is cozy and festive for fall. You’ll find locally made merch to support the Baxter Bolts and other items to purchase inside. They are open Saturday mornings too!

It is such a fun place to go with great breakfast burritos, and the cinnamon sticks are a must-try. The baristas are so cheerful and helpful and always brighten your day. The latte was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with the perfect blend of historic charm and modern touches. The beautiful décor makes it a cozy place to relax and enjoy your coffee. The coffee and whatever goodies are out are all delish, and the decor seems to have changed every time. There are lots of fun events as well and always a welcoming atmosphere from the baristas. The chicken cesear wrap for lunch was very good. They have been able to convert a tea drinker into an iced coffee drinker, and the oatmeal cookie latte iced is recommended. It is a go to pick me up spot with one of the best caramel macchiatos. Their lotus energy drinks are equal parts refreshing and give just enough energy to get you through the Monday slump. New starting in June is their grab and go lunch. The Chicken Caesar wrap size was perfect for lunch and had just the right amount of chicken to Caesar ratio and enough lettuce to get the lettuce crunch in each bite.
