Service was great, food tasted better, serving size was good, and it didn't break the bank. Atmosphere is more cheerful aesthetically too. The positive changes are noted. Great job.“

“QCUSA restaurant had been my favorite and most frequented restaurants under the excellent ownership of Saki and Jimmy.
From the moment we would walk in and be greeted by the wonderful, and genuinely warm-hearted hostess and cashier, Teresa, till the time we finished eating one of their delicious dinners, the service was consistently excellent and friendly.
The ownership has changed, and some of the staff, but also some of the same wonderful then and now servers-- excellent and friendly service. A visit to QCUSA restaurant is always yummy to my tummy and sweet to my heart!!!

Speaking of which, I asked about delivery and was surprised that they wouldn't deliver to my hotel which was only about a 5-6 minute drive away.

“Had my family of 7 in last night to eat. My wife and I chose the "special" fish and chips for close to 12.00 and we each had the salad bar. After getting served our food we were extremely disappointed when what we thought would be fish and chips instead was air fried fish nuggets and a half a handful of fries. The fish was over done and pathetic. I've had better nuggets at McDonalds. As a business I would have never put a product like that out to any customer. it was so bad that I didn't even have to say a word to our waitress when cashing out our bill over over 100.00$ when she asked how the fish and chips were. She tell by my look she understood. I've never had bad service or bad food but tonight was a disappointment on the food side. I would be embarrassed as a owner.“

When the Pizza Hut staff handed me the order (carry out), they informed me that they were not happy with the pizza and asked me to wait for them to make another one. The problem seemed to be that there was a normal amount of mushrooms and not the extra I had paid for. I had not even seen the pizza at this time. I agreed to wait and they whipped out a new one with the appropriate amount of mushrooms. The attendant gave me the first pizza as compensation for the wait time.
