Me and my entire family have been coming here for years! We have never had a disappointing experience! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and personable. The quality of the ingredients has always been consistently fresh. This place is always very high on my recommendation list of places to go eat at when in the Quad Cities. The best part is, they're locally owned and operated!!!

My family frequents Los Amigos, as we have for years. As they’ve opened more locations, their service and food has gone down in quality immensely. Tonight we went for dinner and our server was not attentive. He took our order, dropped off our food, and that was the last time he came to our table. We did not receive drink refills, chip or salsa refills, or our check. We sat for 15 minutes with him walking past our table multiple times and eventually had to ask another server for our check when she came to clear plates from our table. It was a very disappointing experience.

Visited recently with a co worker. We had food cater for an event at work. Decided to go one day, during lunch and we loved it. Salsa and chips was a plus. Service was quick, food was fresh, and place was clean.
Decent food, some of the worst customer service ever. Never get take out orders right, and never make any effort to fix incorrect orders. Go to Rudy’s or Azteca instead.

We got our order for takeout. We ordered 2 taco salad grandes, and neither of them had lettuce or tomatoes, the shells were burnt. We also ordered the Talapia tacos, they fish and corn torillas were over cooked, it did not have the sliced avocados and no sauce. We were really disappointed. We usually get good food from them, but lately, it's been very subpar.

We went to eat at los amigos bettendorf on Saturday 10/19/24 .food was great restaurant was very clean. The problem was the waitress I asked her 3 times for a bowl for hot sauce never got it. She was nice but I don't think she understood me.
