I will preface this review by stating that this order was placed during a snow storm. The restaurant appeared to be woefully understaffed with one person handling the entire front end.My pizza (Ale crust personal Meat Me) came with just andouille and pepperoni about 30 minutes after the pickup time. The crust was half cooked and limp when taking it out of the box.The employee apologized and said all the orders came in at once (there were several others waiting for pickup orders during my 30 minute wait)If I had to guess, I would say that the person up front was struggling with less than adequate kitchen staff, and no wait staff. It probably wouldn't matter how many orders were backing up when you can't get a cook to fire a small pizza and land all the ingredients on it. Side salad and sundae were good, but I would rather have a better main feature over some decent sides that most likely had some prep time involved when they weren't understaffed.

Skip the appetizers. They're not worth it, and they'll come out with your food. Pizzas were excellent. Staff friendly, just slow. Maybe just short staffed.

If I could give 0 stars, w would. I don’t know how this place can even call itself “Old Chicago!” I ordered a deep dish pizza and what I got was a cold, thick crust, tasteless piece of dough with hardly any toppings. When I called back to complain about the pizza, the person answering the phone told me that they don’t make deep dish pizza anymore. Well that might have been useful information when I ordered it because I thought that I was ordering a “deep dish, Chicago style pizza!!!!!” Don’t waste your money because this place went downhill!!!!!

Wish I could base the entire review on the food, because it was awful. We ordered an ale crust pizza that came out to our table cols. The bottom crust was almost non-existent, so thin and soggy, couldn't even get it off the tray. They made a new one, which was served fairly hot, but crust was the same. I would hate to see what their thin crust is like. Manager on duty seemed "off" not, I'm not sure how to say anything else without being rude, so I'll keep it at that. Waitress was good and seemed to understand why we were complaining. Yet we still had to spend hard earned money on this garbage, and didn't even eat more than 1 slice. There's a reason why they weren't busy on a Friday night. Definitely would not go back!

Service is really slow, we spent about an hour waiting for a 14 inch pizza and 2 wings orders. Manager was reasonable with that and took care of us but definitely they need some extra hands back there.

We called at 3:50 and asked to order a carryout pizza to be picked up at 4:45 pm after being placed on hold for 15 min. After finally calling back we placed our order. We are frequent diners and we live 30 mins away so we need to plan ahead. When we got home our pizza was completely dried out. The picture does not do the lack of sauce justice. It was basically inedible. At least we had our boneless wings to fall back in. As a world beer tour card holder we were disappointed.

8 of us came for dinner and it was incredibly painful to get our drinks, and get our food. It was 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back. One of our group was served a significant amount of time after the other 7. The food was decent, but this store is very old and needs a facelift. It’s not a welcoming restaurant. And businesses have to stop the crutch of how bad Covid impacted their ability to get employees. Figure it out and pay people so they want to work for you. No more “we just can’t find employees”!

I wish I could rank higher, but we didn't even get a table. I can understand if it was packed, but we went in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday, and there was hardly a crowd. We watched a waitress walk right past us.It's been a while since we had eaten here, and the lack of care was disappointing. Will not be back anytime soon.

The quoted wait times on delivery orders are significantly off. We were quoted an original 45-55 minutes which is reasonable. It took over and hour and a half to receive our order, they were also out of the dressing for salads.. how?
