a fam fav...my daughter and I have had PM's pizza for years as a weekly family ritual. I once offered to take her out to do something else on that designated night, and she resolutely objected saying, "Dad, it's papa murphy night!"
I tried to use my $16 birthday gift and could not. I kept getting a message saying that the items I wanted were already on special and to order something different. I didn't want something different. I ended up just ordering and paying because I was getting way too frustrated.
I get tired of being able to order certain sides online and then when you actually show up in store for pick up there is no guarantee you actually get what you order.
Most recently, I was offered their cinnamon monkey bread instead of the cheesy bread that I ordered online, because they were out of cheesy bread when I got there. Not sure how it’s fair for them to take my money no questions asked for food that may or may not even be there when you show up.
