Tried Pizza Hut for the first time in years. Legitimately the worst pizza I might have ever had. It was a thin slice of cardboard with plastic cheese on top. Zero sauce. Back to Dominos.

I think these reviews are harsh. Best pizza location in the quad cities. They deserve a raise!! or 2!! Pizza is always cooked to perfection, love how they don’t overdue the pepperoni ( pep gives me heartburn but I still eat it) lol. Friendly and HARD WORKERS. CLEAN ON THE INSIDE AND CLEAN ON THE OUTSIDEEEEE

Terrible service took longer then a hr to revive my pizza and when I did it was cold , I called to speak to a manager and when I got ahold of one he disrespected me and hung up the phone in my face.poor professionalism and attitudes from this location would not reccomend
So in the last two days I have ordered over $100 of food as I work ridiculous hours plus kids. Each time I have ordered groups of wings and there is no spot to ask for ranch. I have called and I have requested ranch for the wings been told no problem. Tonight five orders of wings and we get 1 ranch. Called and asked for manager who proceeded to tell me that wings no longer come with ranch and that you have to pay for it. Informed him that's not a problem even though everywhere else that serves wings you get a dipping sauce and that if I was informed each time I have called about it that I would have paid for it. The manager on duty 6/3/24 decided to hang up on me instead of solving the problem. Customer service goes along way have no problem paying for ranch if needed but as an employee you should inform your customers of that and maybe you wouldn't have a complaint. As bad as it sounds in the last month I have spent almost $300 dollars there if not more and now I will no longer be ordering from there and on top of that the Cajun dry run has basically been coming plain. Would like a call back from a true manager with customer service feel free to look up my account to get my number.
