Always pretty quick and their employees are polite. I enjoy that I can get something other than coffee too if that's not what I'm feeling and they are willing to work with you if you want something special.
I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks. I don't dislike the chain, I'm just not a huge coffee drinker either and would rather go to a more local cafe given the option. I hadn't, however, visited this Starbucks on Middle Road ever, even though I live literally two blocks from the location. I've been coming to this Starbucks for several months. They are consistently great in customer service and the environment of the coffee shop is great for studying. This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area and the best I've been to so far.
