Extremely slow behind the counter. Staff was personable but very slow. Had to call other employee from back to help make sandwiches but still, service was slow.

I'm a frequent flyer at this location. I've never ordered online and decided to give it a try. The app was super easy. I went in to pick it up. There were about 7 people in the store. I hear a voice asking if I had a pickup order. I responded with yes and gave my name. As the young gentleman turned around to grab the order the young lady at the register very rudely told him "no" I need you to do "xyz". She was on a cell phone and seemed to be distressed by something. The gentleman walked out and handed me my order. The young lady behind the register just gave me a glare. The mood seemed very chaotic and the customers looked highly frustrated. If I would've ordered in store I would've left. To be so rude to your staff members and paying customers is highly uncalled for. The nice gentleman had a look of embarrassment as she barked orders. I understand being frustrated , however you should really be more aware of how you talk/treat people.

Do not order a pick up order from here. I’ve never had a correctly made order when placed from the app. Expect very long lines. Workers don’t care at all about quality of sandwiches.

I got severely sick one hour after eating this Subways food. Sent feedback and received an email saying that Subway would be contacted. I tried to call that store 10 times the day I got sick, but apparently they don't answer their phones and don't contact customers who got violently sick from their food. Do NOT eat at this Subway!!!!! If I could do ZERO stars I would.

The three workers working the lunch hour today at the Subway on Middle Road and Devils Glen offered some of the best customer service I’ve seen in quite a while. They were polite and fast and clean. The three of them were also working together really well. They took care in preparing our sandwiches, accurately, and quickly. And they were exceptional in the way they dealt with customers. I was very impressed! Will be back!

I had an amazing experience with a worker named Chelsea! The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, they also are always quick! Pretty soon this Subway will know me by name with how often I come here. You guys are doing great, thank you for always providing excellent service and making amazing sandwiches!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from!Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals and drink options for kids who don’t like soda!Parking: The parking lot is spacious and I never have an issue finding a spot! I have also not seen any noticeable trash outside which is always a plus! (I didn’t really look for it but I didn’t see anything that stuck out haha).Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp on one side of the door which helps wheelchair users to get inside. I think there are a couple handicap parking spots as well but I can’t remember to be honest.

Walked in with no greeting, said hello to the workers and was replied to with a glare from the three workers. Really gross behavior and customer service.Seems like the workers need a raise or something so they become less resentful to customers just ordering basic sandwiches.

I I was a teen parent for the Pleasant Valley girls cross-country team and worked with this Subway location to make sandwiches almost on a weekly basis 45 girls. The employees We're very professional and patient as I learned the ins and outs of ordering the sandwiches. They took the time to ask the questions make sure the order was done correctly and we're always willing to figure out a way to make the process easier. They individualize each sandwich that needed it and took a Time to write information on each sandwich that they made. I would highly recommend this Subway sandwich location to anybody who enjoys eating a good Subway sandwich.
