The employees are very friendly and approachable. The accuracy is the order is where it falls short though. Requested ghost pepper bugs, we got regular... They asked us what sauce we wanted for the nugs, we said ranch, we didn't receive any sauce. We ordered 2 kids meals, 1 kid got a toy and 1 didn't so you can only imagine the type situation that ensued when the kids found out.

So rude we literally didn't even place an order. We asked for an extra minute and got scoffed at, when we asked for grilled chicken they acted like we were stupid for not knowing they didnt have that.

When picking up a order. The workers need to stay on the register side. Felt extremely uncomfortable felt like he got way to close and was breathing down my neck. The individual had no reason to come to the other side of the register to even have a conversation.

We go here frequently and usually satisfied with everything
Today I ordered ahead online. There is definitely no advantage to doing that. I showed up almost ten minutes later than recommended on the app. Went in and had to wait 35 more minutes for our food. When we got home the food was cold. Worst part was there was long gray hair in several items. Not sure I'll be returning any time soon.

horrible place I would not recommend!!!! Foods cold and hard. Not fresh. employees wanna be thugs, employees don’t seem to do there job and don’t care about the customers, managers horrible also and HR I feel this place needs shut down or need all new management. employees are in ski mask and going outside to smoke, employees put in no work, no uniform either

This place is a joke, gave me the wrong order and cold fries and hard stale nuggets and when I complained they wouldn't replacey food or give me my money back. Will never be going back here again. Don't waste your money!

Good is always good, hot and cold appropriately. But the service is SO slow. With the slowness at which vehicles move through the drive they, the store can only handle one order at a time, and have to serve the car in front’s food before able to take another order.

Slowest fast food single resturant!!! They only fo 1 order at a time so you have to wait a crazy amount of time in line at drive thru. I waited 5 minutes. To order when. The guy ahead orders 3 salted Carmel and 3 small fries

Only came during late nights.. everytime service is awesome, everybody seems to really work together well, & food is well prepared!! Whole staff needs a raise!

Kid-friendliness: Manager & staff was very accommodating and friendly w/ my 2 hyper, picky, kids lol. Ever since our first visit all they want is nuggets or just to say hi to their new friends?

I was just at Wendy's with my fiance and it took 3 people to just take our order. The person who finally took our order was very rude and disrespectful. I think that person needs to get talked to about how they should talk to customers who were not disrespectful.
