I'm not sure what happened here. Few years ago this place was top notch. Staff was amazing. Place was clean. But now it's pretty rough. Service is subpar with minimal friendliness. The place is dirty with trash under things. Not really worth it for the price. Sad...I miss the old service and food

Walked in, by the time i got to the counter everyone behind looked at me but didn't acknowledge me or my family. Was greeted after a man in a red shirt approached the counter. Spent $21 on less than luke warm food, ketchup was out but was presented with packets. Floor in bathroom was slick, soap dispenser was seemingly falling off the wall. All around bad.

Definitely ordered the wrong thing and the manager JOE was so AWSOME!!!!! Even though it was my fault he still compensated me and gave me 2 large frostys and 2 10 piece nugget!!!!!!! And he had a really great attitude THANKS JOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in for a burger for my wife, the two jokers in drive thru were in the parking lot goofing off and trying to take our order. I’m sorry, but if I have to wait for the clowns to get inside before my order is entered, how can I possibly trust that they aren’t going to mess up my order. Therefore I never ordered and just pulled away, and went down the street to Culver’s.

The employees are very friendly and approachable. The accuracy is the order is where it falls short though. Requested ghost pepper bugs, we got regular... They asked us what sauce we wanted for the nugs, we said ranch, we didn't receive any sauce. We ordered 2 kids meals, 1 kid got a toy and 1 didn't so you can only imagine the type situation that ensued when the kids found out.
