Delicious place we stumbled upon while in Bondurant! The food was quickly prepared and delicious. Victoria the manager was personable, and helpful. The torta was made on fresh bread and the birria tacos were not too cheesy. We were both impressed by the menu and savory options.

Flame located in Bondurant consistently pleases our entire family.We’ve tried most all options on the menu and have not been disappointed. Any of their meals with birria as the meat option and a side of birria juice for dipping will quickly make you frequent customer.The service provided by Osiel is also top notch. We called in a take out order while we have family in town. The service was excellent and, as always, the food was AMAZING! We always recommend Flame to anyone that asks for suggestions! We are so thankful to have this option in town.
